We found a really big porcini today (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)

I also found some smaller ones.

any suggestions on cooking them?

Those look so good! I personally think you cant beat mushrooms fried in a little butter with thyme and salt, but you could use it in a pasta sauce, maybe?
