Hello!
I don't have the original pattern, but I've gathered enough information online to reconstruct the design from a photograph. All the threads match the key. I've attached a preview. I couldn't upload the files here. Send me your email, and I'll send you an archive with the pattern in .pdf and .xsd formats.
P.S.: Some of the symbols in my pattern are slightly different. This is because my program didn't find more suitable ones.
