Administrator help?

How do I contact an administrator?

Hi everybody! i cannot send pm to the administrator because i am not allowed by the moment but i would like to know if anyone knows...when we register it says to delete files within 24 hours after we download them. my question is : do we have to delete them from the computer or from the configuration? Because I do not know how to do it from the configuration. Thanks !
