Would anyone happen to know who the designer is or what book this comes from please? I would like to see it its here and if not bounty it. Thank you for the help in advance.

Loly Fuentes has a scarecrow as a pattern on the great R-platform (loveley scarecrow with little cute birds), but not the one pictured.
To me it looks like it was worked on Stramin in Gobelin stitch and probably sewn together.
If you look at the broom in the foreground, you can clearly see parts of the Stramin.
