User forum permission that are not my own level ones

Where do I have to go to see the forum permission for other users group but mine? I mean I know where I can check my own level forum permissions but not the other levels. I would like to know about it. I tried to check the same way I check mine but I wasnt able to do it. Is it possible to know or its a susprise until I reach next levels? Thanks

Top right, to the left of your profile picture,click on "User Group."  
Its on the right side of the screen,  you can find "Recommended user group ”  
then you can choose the other levels
