I downloaded two charts and the coins were duducted, but neither item downloaded. Is there anyway to get the coins back when this happens? Thanks for any help.
Did you click the link twice? If there was a cost for the file that comes out the first time you click. Then you pay 30 coins to the website to download.
Yeah, so if a file is 100 coins, you have the 100 coins to just get the ability to download it, then its +30 more coins to actually make the download button work. Its REALLY confusing!

Just a follow up. I was able to get one of the patterns to work with the double click. The other one said data error. I appreciate your explanation. It will help me with future downloads.
