Ribblr Patterns

There is a pattern that I have from Ribblr and I would like to post it.
Do I just add the screenshots of the pattern from ribblr to a pdf document?

Yes, I can do that, but since Im not sure there is a pdf version of the pattern am I allowed to screenshot the pattern instructions from ribblr and put the pictures in a pdf doc?
