Found solution on mobile device to download problem

This worked in both Safari and Firefox.  Since you cannot right click in a mobile device, just hold on the Buy button until a dialog box opens.  Choose "open in new tab".  Go to the new tab where you should then see the Paid Attachment box.  Click that to pay and proceed with the download as you normally did.

i would recommend you, if you have the pindy app,
to uninstall everything and reboot pc - phone - or whatever you are using -
and a new installation.

It is important to shut down the pc completely after uninstalling  otherwise residues will remain hanging.

Same way for me, but I kept trying stuff until I got it to work. A hold down is apparently like a right click with a mouse.
