Best yarn to use

Hi! Any recommendations on brand or type of yarn that is best to use for amigurumis? and also for clothes

I like cotton Sheepjes Maxi sugar rush, Ricorumi, Bergêre de France, Cheval blanc, Gründl cotton.

I prefer cotton or a cotton blend. But it does depend on what you will use the amigurumi for. If its for kids, use safety ears and look for a yarn that can be washed on 60 C / 140 F. If its for yourself, choose a yarn that you like and dont worry.

I might be alone in this, but Ive been using acrylic for years and it holds up well for me!

a lot of people recommend cotton but i cant afford much so i use cheap acrylic, currectly using whats left of Caron Simply Soft but ill use store brand yarn since its around $4

I try to use more natural yarns and stuffing but if I only have acrylic Ill use it, I dont want to waste money now!
