Recycled-Checked

Good evening,
I have a question, how can I ( if I can) download attachments from "Recycled-Checked" area? Im under user group 3 and when I try to download anything from "Recycled-Checked" areas system tells me" my user group does not have permission to access attachments". Can someone tell me what user group I need to be to gain access to "Recycled-Checked" attachments? Or is there another place I can recover those attachments from, please.

No one can download from the recycle forums. Try searching for the pattern you want and see if it is available in one of the forums (cross stitch, crochet etc)

Thank you very much, I did search but they come up as Recycled-Checked. those are new cross stitch patterns that were uploaded on 4/27 and 4/29, I was waiting for them to go to scanned or repaint, I can download both, but all went to Recycled. Someone posted about 40 patterns that I was really interested in and I was so excited when I saw them in new patterns-magazines. Usually, they stay in New for a day of two and get posted to scanned or repaint, depending on format of the file, from there I can download, but this time they all went to Recycled. And because in Recycled when I click on attachment system said that "my user group dont have permission" I thought maybe I need to get to higher user group to able to download from Recycled.
Thank you for the info, im hoping maybe they still gets posted where I can download those patterns.
