Problem with some resources

Hi! I want to ask where I have to report a problem I noticed with some patterns and books from the resources sections of the forum. The thing is that there are some posts where you only can see the replies and not the first part with the pattern link or any way to download it. I dont know if is it because the resource post is very old or there is a problem with them, but  I noticed that in many patterns and books I tried to access, I can see only the replies to but not the post with the pattern.

Im going to try again, but for now it keeps saying that Im not allowed to put ulrs or links and when I delete that, then it lets me post the thread or comment.
