IF Pattern is not recognized

I bought 2 repaint patterns for PCS and they are not recognized as PCS patterns.
I spent the coins for the pattern plus 199 for download and got a dead file what can I do to get a refund?

Both of these opened fine for me.
Please make sure your PC Stitch program is up to date.
