I think it looks very nice! Only thing I personally would have done is embroider a nose in the same thread as the face, and maybe add eye brows. But thats a personal preference, since I like detailed faces.

Great job! I agree with feathers regarding embroidering a nose and maybe a mouth too. Looks good as is too.
