I cant receive gold coins after completing the bounty task

Hello Administrator, I have completed the Complete the App task on your website. I installed the required app on my iPhone, watched the ads as instructed, and followed the instructions to reset my password. However, I still havent received the 500 gold coin reward from the website. Could you please check your backend and resolve this issue? Thank you!

Bounty coins are given when the pattern has been moderated and approved. It is not automatic.

However, from how you worded your question, Im not sure this is a bounty you are talking about.

If the app task is still working for you and you have watched the ads.
Than go to My Center in the right upper corner.
Click on tasks, there you see a picture and next to it you should see an orange button with apply.
Click on this button, and if its still working you should get the 500 coins reward.

The android version is not working anymore since a couple of weeks.
So the android users cant use the app anymore.
The techteam is still working on it.
