Help needed with Spanish Pattern

Recently I downloaded a pattern of Wednesday and Enid in Spanish as there wasnt one in English. I do speak Spanish even though its not my mother tongue and with the help and information provided in the pattern, I could more or less read it. Theres one thing, however, that no matter how much I searched on the internet and in the pattern, theres not an explication and I have no idea what it could be.
This word is head that appears 3 times in the pattern. Id be really grateful if anyone who speaks Spanish and knows what that is helped me. These are the 3 instances this word appears in the pattern.

Head is cabeza in english, head does not exist in Spanish.
Do you have instructions to make a head?

Yeah I figured that head didnt mean anything in Spanish. I searched on my dictionary, googled it trying to find out if its an abbreviation of some sort but didnt find anything.
There are instructions on how to make the head and theyre clear, at least I dont have a problem with that. This head word appears on Wednesdays hair and Enids backpack. If it was only on Enids backpack I wouldnt even bother, but I wouldnt want Wednesdays hair come out looking funny. :D

Hola! Yo creo que debes tener un patrón TRADUCIDO al español, y no muy bien traducido.... Nunca vi algo así, y no sólo lo de "head" sino todo el resto. No se entiende casi nada! Si lograste tejer con esas instrucciones tan raras, te mereces un premio!

Ya he tejido todo el cuerpo y la cabeza. Si, el patron tiene algunos problemas, las rodillas por ejemplo no estan en la posicion correcta pero eso no me importa mucho. Espero no tener mas problemas. :)
