I'm not sure if anyone is getting a good file, but what I got from the xsd looks like a cross stitch converter app was used. It doesn't list out the colours used (with floss number), or the beads at all, or the backstitching. It's a completely useless pattern. Please scan the actual pattern & colour list in - I would love to have it.
