I can not enter from tablet

Hola, tengo 2 cuentas pero una no me deja entrar desde la tablet pero de computadora y el celular si, alguien sabe por qué pasa esto? Gracias!

Cada vez que pongo la opción de entrar me muestra un mensaje que dice: "Fail login you can try 97 more times" después de agotar los 97 intentos sale otro mensaje que dice que intenté entrar varias veces que vuelva a ingresar dentro de 15 minutos. Con la otra cuenta no tengo problema en entrar, gracias.
