Does anybody know who created this cross stitch chart ?

hello everybody !
I need your help. Ive seen this gorgeous pattern on Aliexpress as a background for several items related to cross stitch BUT of course, the shop dont sell the chart. I dont know who create the pattern. Ive seen one lookalike (not the same but almost) on Fansell BUT its a printed aida in 11CT and, no, thank you. Then, if someone know where I can buy this wonder he/she gain my eternal gratitude !

Sorry, from the way that the picture looks like, either this is printed design, or you have to stitch it in very small count, which is an intricate and difficult (and annoying at times) process.
