How to make a bounty

Hi there
I would like to get a pattern offering a reward but Im not sure where to do it and even less how to do it.
If someone would be so kind as to explain it to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can make a bounty here.
You must have a good picture of the pattern.
Then you provide the name of the designer ,the name of the pattern plus number if you know this.
And for crochet and knitting the language you want.
For example;

Yvonne Blanker - Theepot - Teapot -Dutch.

This is only an example.
