When does the comment-button appear?

I really want to thank people for looking and commenting on my work, but as it is, my options for managing comments look like shown in the screenshot below:




From reading in the Free Talk section, I found that there SHOULD be a comment option somewhere. Is it something about my user group that I dont have it?

Aw, I must have read over that. I did read your post though and it was there the question came up. :o
