This is a product sold on Etsy. There is no pattern.

The designer is Yi Shu Handmade and the pattern is Dress Up Nuan Nuan (or Nikki, I think its a reference to a game) Golden Frame Purse. It was published in late 2019, so chances are good its circulating out there. Its in Chinese, however. Good luck!
