3 attachments not exist

Hello everybody,

Today I wanted to upload 3 patterns, but in every I get the message: "Attachment is not exists or unable to read, please contact administrator." Is the problem only by me?

The pattern were:
1) I have paid 120 coins, but there is no attachment: www point pindiy.com/thread-583466-1-1.html Haslea Crochet - Anaëlle Tanniou - Rose The Mermaid
2) www point pindiy.com/thread-553924-1-3.html TRH Boutique -Sunflower Princess I paid 150 coins
3) www point pindiy.com/thread-574026-1-2.html Missgurumii - Havva Yalçınkaya - Kiki I paid 150 coins

Can I get the attachments or the coins back?

pareil pour moi, 310 pieces pour... des fichiers vides :(  et même message derreur.....      et même question : peut-on récupérer nos pieces ou nos tutoriels svp? merci
