Hello, still trying to find my way

Hello, still trying to find my way, can anyone advise if you can post recipes with your food diary?   Also, how can you post multiple pictures in a thread?    Thank you so much for all advise.

There is a thread on the Free Talk page.  At this time of me replying, it is just a couple threads below yours.  It is titled, "For New Members."  Lots of links of how-tos and examples.  I hope you figure things out.  Im still trying to figure it all out as well.
