I am very sorry for your loss, Kitsuneka. Sometimes we feel totally overwhelmed and even paralysed with grief and the expectations of others...it takes lots and lots of time to get a small sense of "getting balance" back into your life and gaining some stability, again. When it happened to me, I found that doing craft brought a great feeling of
calm and comfort....I found peace and tranquillity in my knitting....and gradually, ever so slowly, thoughts turned to the memories filled with love & happiness, with joy and even those of shared laughter....and they grew and forced out the pain and suffering until only beautiful moments remained. This will happen for you, too....I think this is part of the universal human condition that we must all pay for experiencing life.
Dont reject your craft...instead, use it to heal, to strengthen and to create. I think it will all help. Big hugs |
