"Sorry, your user group is not allowed to purchase user groups"

How do I upgrade? Ive been active and posting patterns. My credits are now 16, and the next user group costs 10, but Im not getting it? Please explain.

You cant buy user groups.

It says that to comment, too.  This is a great site but hard to navigate.  Have you figured out "replying" on videos in Tasks?  On their Q/A, its says theyre aware of the problems and working on it.  That was dated 2022.
