I guess I dont understand? Im trying to register on the book forum and the only way to register requires an email address. While that should be fine, I attempted to register using an email address and the registration link never came. How can we register for the book forum without an email address please? Where is the "Create new account"? All I see is where we log in and it says "Register" in bold. Again, I have no issue using an email address to register IF the email from the book forum would actually arrive. Until then, I cant DO anything over there.

I have TONS of books to share and would love to earn the gold coins for it. Please help!!!!! Thanks so much!

I am not a happy camper :-(.  I registered, worked hard to get to Level 2, transfered some of my coins to PINDIY.  The next day, after logging on both sites were having problems and I lost 10 credits and the transfer of coins never went through to PINDIY - I checked My Settings, Points Log, and My Credits. And the money was never recieved on PINDIY.  I sent a PM to CARO1970 and her reply was
"I am so sorry for this.

I can only give you the advise to send a message to Turquoise and ask her about this issue.

There is nothing i can do more for you. Sorry."

That is so not fair when I worked so hard for it and supported the site and it shows bad faith on the ebooks site.


I never contacted Turquoise because it really was Caros problem to sort out, not mine after all she is the senior moderator, yes?


Reducing my Level from L2 back to Level1 with 10 Credits just gone "missing" equals 100 "thanks for sharing" posts and while a realize the site has bigger issues they do need to play fair.  
If the owners are just shrugging their shoulders and saying "sorry, you lost" then I am sorry but you have lost me too - along with my 5000 ebooks.

We tried as a admin and we can send but as a user maybe it is first... I will talk immediately with tech team.... It will solve

Also about Caro1970 ...  She is senior moderator for ebook site .... Yes, she is right she dont responsible like that technical issues ...

As you know ebook site very new , it can have lot of "first/beginner" issues and mistakes ....But we can solve
