I think because Dimensions colours are only for Dimensions kits and not sold on their own there isnt a PM palette (unless someone know how to code one). Ive used the conversion chart on cyberstitchers.com (and a DMC colour card) to choose threads for my projects.
I downloaded the drawing in XSD format and it says it was drawn with Dimensions floss, but my PM wont open it and tells me I need to install it!

I can open it, but its converted most colours to pink. Strange some of the DIM numbers are still there, the repainter may have created a custom palette. I notice theres a DMC version of the XSD.
