Uploading Finished Projects

Hi
I cant understand why someone in Level 2 cant upload finished projects... so pitty.
Im stucked in this level for several years although I enter almost every day and I have quite a lot of patterns I upload and of course downloaded so many..

Cause every level,from 0 to 10 can upload finished work.
So you should be able to post finished work.

Thank you! Now I see that I tried to upload to a place where the moderators transfer all the new uploads to... I didnt look very well Ha ha
