Can I post pattern in other languages?

Im new here and I searched about this, but I cant find or undertand if its is possible.
I found a pattern here in english but I have the same pattern in portuguese. Can I uploud this as a new file or I should post this in another place?

I dont get if this is the right place to do this kind of post, but Im conting with the moderations help to get used with this space.
