Posting magazine first time

Hi friends
I made a mistake , I wanted to post a bake magazine and chose the cooking section . When I wanted to post it , it was said " you are not allowed to post thread in this forum " , I thought I chose the wrong section , so in the new thread (post and reply) , I post into new magazine , , what is your suggestion ???
