What is wrong with my post?

I am new here and I want to post a chross stitch file. It is an image in the message and a zip file with 4 patterns. When I tried to post it I cant see the image and the moderator says the file contains no info. I must be doing something wrong. I cant check my post because I do not have permissions. Please help me how to post.

Hi! It is probably because the post is still unmoderated. Wait a few hours (sometimes it has taken me a day) for an admin to move the post to the Cross Stitch Section and you should see all the information there

Thank you, I will wait, but there is a reply by a moderator and they say that the file contains no info, I dont know if they mean the image (maybe it is too small) or the zip file

So, according to the moderator, the thread is missing the attachments. Just guessing here, but maybe you are trying to upload the thread components wrong?

When creating a new thread, you attach the image in the thread using the "Add Image" button --> click choose file, then upload, then okay after it is uploaded. Images have to be under 600kb in size (note- that is KB not MB). The zip file should be uploaded using the "attach" button --> choose file --> upload --> when all files are uploaded, click ok. Each zip file or RAR file parts should be under 100.2MB.

Then at the bottom of the add new thread screen, click the "New Thread" button.
