Problem with .rar downloads

Hello! I have bought a few rar documents, but I can not unpack the, they are empty. can you recommend a program for apple computers to unpack?
I can normally unpack Zip Folders without problems ..

I use 7zip for rar folders, works perfectly!

I have Windows and just right-click and go to "Extract Here."
