Help with user group?

Hello, still relatively new here, but Im struggling to figure out how to upgrade my user group. I believe I meet the credit requirement, but I cant figure out how to actually upgrade it. The only tab that looked related (something abt purchasing user groups) just informed me that I dont have permission to purchase user groups.

Any suggestions or instructions are very much appreciated.

You are so close. You are at 25 and only need 26 to get to level 1. The best part about level 1 is that you can do 2 tasks every hour and get an extra 12 coins each time.

1 Credit = 10 replies
1 Credit = 4 new threads
1 Credit = 1.5 hours active time on site

Hi, on this site when you have enough credits you will automatically be upgraded to the next user group. There is nothing for you to do, so you might not have enough credits yet to be the next "rank".

If you look at the User Group tab that you are referring to, the orange tab will say "My main user group - (your user group)". The greenish blue tab to the right of it will say "Recommended User Group - (whatever is selected)". You can use this to compare how many credits you currently have and how many you need to get to the next "rank". You can also select a different user group to compare to with the drop-down menu just above the greenish blue tab that says "Recommended User Group".

Also remember to do the "Tasks".

You may find "Tasks" by clicking the button "My Center" that is located in the upper right corner just under your icon.
There are tasks for everyone and a task for your level.

Just keep doing tasks and posting.  You will get the last credit soon.  Remember when you do make it not everything on the site is done "real time".  Im sure that they will have to do some tasks nightly or weekly.  If when you reach your credit goal of 26 and you havent progressed to level 1 after a few days, post for help and the mods will check it out.
