We have two doofy dogs that chew through EVERYTHING. Ive found that crochet tends to hold up a little better than a ot of their toys, so I like to make things for them with cheap (and safe for potential ingestion) yarn. Their favotire thing is plastic water bottled with a double crochet tightly crocheted around them.
As a note, please never let your dogs swallow yarn! It can be painful and potentially deadly.
