Paid for pattern and is seen in iBooks but cant download

I paid for this pattern and can see the deduction in the log, the pattern is seen in iBooks but its been recycled.  Will the coins be refunded since the file is not able to be downloaded?

I think it must be a brand new pattern that hasnt been moderated yet, so dont know how you managed to buy it.

it was new and made available and has since been moved to recycled

yeh I think something went wrong.  I usually browse on mobile device and save to iBooks for later download when I am on a pc...but this time didnt get to the pc in time and they must have discovered something wrong....
