Paid for pattern and is seen in iBooks but can\'t download

I paid for this pattern and can see the deduction in the log, the pattern is seen in iBooks but it's been recycled.  Will the coins be refunded since the file is not able to be downloaded?

I think it must be a brand new pattern that hasn't been moderated yet, so don't know how you managed to buy it.

it was new and made available and has since been moved to 'recycled'

yeh I think something went wrong.  I usually browse on mobile device and save to iBooks for later download when I am on a pc...but this time didn't get to the pc in time and they must have discovered something wrong....
