Alan DART single charts in Knitting section

in knitting section are various charts from magazines by alan Dart ,
This was before the new rule was introduced.  (not to post single charts from magazines)
I plead for not removing this. They are old patterns, and the only way for users to get them.

the members love these charts,
download quota is above average - over 200 users - and not everyone wants an old magazine to go with it

Yes, sounds reasonable. As long as the system is not exploited ;)

But if full magazines is uploaded, the charts will get removed. Not likely, though.

Maybe it's a good chance to "report" those and add a comment explaining why they must be kept.
