Paid but did not receive coins!

Hi everyone. I am new here.

I paid via crypto and i have not received the coins. The transaction kept loading and loading without confirmation before it stopped, but I have checked on the blockchain and it got executed correctly and the funds deposited to the account.

Can someone tell me who i can raise this to? is there someone we can contact??

yes but i work about 14 hours a day and I got this for my gf. and I paid for something so ofc I would expect to get what i paid for.. but my gf is not good with computers etc so she cannot do these.
