Only specified members can download?

How do I qualify for downloading attachments that it says only can be downloaded by specified members?
I wanted to download the Pica Pau book, but I cant.

Can somebody help me get this, or tell me how to qualify?

You are looking at a thread that is either in the recycle bin or still needs to be approved by mods.
Use the search tool and go to a thread in the Crochet section instead.

There should be no read permissions on threads and attachments. If you come across these, please report them.
