Not sure what to do....

Hey guys, Ive checked around the site and I havent seen anything about this so I figured I would ask for help. What do we do if we pay for a download and the file is corrupted etc? I have had several recently that took my coins but I was unable to open the files. What do I do about this? Thanks for any help! Hope everyone is having a great evening.

The same thing happened to me yesterday when I tried to download a cross stitch chart, it told me the attachment didnt exist, so I reported it to the moderators who Im sure will check when they have time.

Did you check in the iBooks or refresh the page after you pay. It happens to me all the time. I then check in iBooks and I can download from there.

sometimes I need to refresh the page to download the files after the purchase. If the problem is in the file after the download write to the mods :)

Ok thank you so much for your help. I just have one more question.. do I need to do a separate report post for each one or can i include them all in one?
