Im having the same problem too.

Showing everything I viewed. Wonder if the little red "all" button in the gray box to the left has anything to do with it. Cant de-select it.

Here is what my iBooks page looks like, all of the visible thumbnails are from pattern threads that I opened to look at, but did not purchase. As you can see, they are showing up in the "I Downloaded" section, as if Ive purchased them. This appears to be new behavior that only started in the past few days, so some change to the code in the past few days is probably what caused the bug.
