Cant claim Youtube task reward

I have watch the video and put in the code - the button is there for the reward, but when i click it, says you have not started a task and goes back to the page.  There is no button to cancel, it vanished.  Can I not get the reward now?  Is it a glitch?

OK, it switched to another video and now it works.
