Why my coins disappeared? T_T

Hello, it was some months that I dont enter on PinDiy. But I remember, I think, to have many much coins.
Today I was going to check the coins and it says "I dont have enough coins to download a pattern".
Please can you help me to understand what happens?Coins gone or its a bug?
Please how to have my coins again?

Look in "My Credits" to see the last operations you made, maybe youll find something...

I spent usually - 50 or - 20.. but I remember I had more than 500 coins (but I dont remember exactly anyway). I just wish to know if is all ok and I remember wrong me, or if theres some problems and some coins are disappeared.
Surely I will contact the person to understand better.

What was the date of your last transaction? With the screenshot you provided it does just look like you spent them all
