I have paid for the Aurora Cabin download Pt 1 and Pt 2. When I open them in Pattern Maker it is a blank pattern - grid with no colored squares. Why and how to I get my coins back?
I think you got #2, which is a scan, maybe you need to buy #1 which seems to be a file for that software.
