Patterns

So I know about the rules about one comment per pattern thread but what if you have a question about the pattern. Sometimes the pattern isnt very clear about what it includes what it doesnt include and so if you have a question about whats included or something how do you find out the information you would like before purchasing? I have asked a few things on patterns but never get a response and I started wondering if its because its not the place to ask or they arent allowed to answer, etc

I think its just because nobody saw your comment or knows the answer.

Moderators are used to write in the thread if something is missing. Normally, all patterns are complete.
If a pattern is incomplete and there is no indication in the thread about it, report it.

for knitting and crochet pattern at ravelry or ask here in free talk
only complete patterns are accepted
incomlet or poor quality will not be accepted and will be moved to the bin

Oh no like they are not incomplete but like for example I saw this super cute doll and it looked like it had a little animal friend in it so I had asked if the pattern included the little animal friend and then I realized that I wasnt sure if it was okay to ask questions like there under the comments or if I needed to do it a certain way

Omg that is the one I just love it. Okay so Morwen and Farwen are the names for each. Okay that makes sense. Lol I cant believe I missed that. Thank you so much. Im going to get it right now

Nobody reads the comments under threads because people just spamming "Thank you" and everybody got way too used to it. You can ask questions there, but theyll most probably go unanswered. You can reach out to mods if youre ever in doubt about a thread.
