Mandala

I came across this beautiful Mandala but Im not understanding what they mean by what they said. At the top it says:

pattern is only available if you buy a complete set. not sold seperately, not for free

So is the PDF the whole thing. If not do I need to find the complete set?

The pattern is in Dutch, that I dont speak, but from what I understand this pattern was sold in a set together with the yarn.
The pattern could not be adquired on its own.
Thats all that means, IMHO. This comment should be removed, nobody cares LOL

The pattern to make it is complete it includes instructions for the pattern of mandala and flowers
