Please can someone help??? .XSP to Pattern Keeper pdfs

Hi, I have a bunch of pdfs that wont upload into the Pattern Keeper app completely so that I can use the colour key etc.
I also have the original .xsp files from the creator of the patterns in the first place and Ive tried loading them into Cross Stitch Pro Platinum and exporting them as a pdf/image but the program I have is to old so keeps erroring out trying to sort them.
The patterns Im trying to sort are by Witch Stitch if that helps anyone to please possibly help me.
If anyone has any ideas at all at what I could use to convert them, open them and export them or anything that will enable me to add them completely into the app I would be be extremely grateful.
