Question on titles

Could some one please help me?  I am a little confused by some  of the titles. When a Title read say Portuguese Translated, does this mean it was translated to Portuguese or from Portuguese?  In other words how do I know what language that pattern is without first purchasing the pattern?

I think its the language of the pattern, but its not the original one. Its translated from another language to Portuguese.

Thank you but I still am not sure do you mean it was translated from lets say Spanish to Portuguese?

If it says Portuguese translated,of means its is translated from another language into Portuguese.
So Portuguese is not the original language.
