The watch a YouTube video task is stuck in my Awaiting tasks area

Hello there,
The watch a YouTube video task is stuck in my Awaiting tasks area.
Theres an active Reward button there but as I click on it
I got the message" "You do not start task, please hurry!"
But Id watched the video and checked the code (How to Crochet A Santa Tote bag - code 9***4)
so the task is complete but Im not able to get the reward!
Looks like I need your help.

Try watching the video "again". I mean, sometimes the video changes after entering the code, so copy the link again and get the code from the new video

mazurk1987s suggestiong worked for me:
I got a new video (How to crochet PRADA 2022) and it worked very ell this time.
Ive got the 500 GC.
