I had started this doll years ago because I wanted to make 1 to go with the 6 that my mom had made. In the meantime, I gave 2 away to cousins who were ecstatic to have something made by my mom. She is now finished and has joined the girls in my "museum" - a room full of my mom and dads things. Its a special place to me!!
Oh! The feathers were provided by my birds - a Blue Quaker and a Meyers!!
