Cannot upload new pattern

Hi, I hope someone can help me please. I tried to share a pattern and when I go to create a new thread, it says I am not allowed to create a new thread. When I click on "see more" I just get directed to a stats page. I hope I didnt do anything wrong and have been blocked?
